These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lit-longevity.com and any purchase made through it, operated by 雅柏環球有限公司 Elppa Global Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell dietary/health supplement products. Product descriptions, images, and claims on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include no HK sales tax (Hong Kong does not levy VAT/GST). Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Shipping and Delivery
See our Shipping Info page for delivery timelines and coverage areas. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
See our Returns & Refunds page for details. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), including the right to goods of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose — these rights cannot be excluded by contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of 雅柏環球有限公司 Elppa Global Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 雅柏環球有限公司 Elppa Global Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the statutory undertakings under the Sale of Goods Ordinance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
