雅柏環球有限公司 Elppa Global Ltd. ("LIT Longevity," "we," "us," or "our") operates lit-longevity.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. It is prepared to meet the disclosure requirements of Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), including Data Protection Principles 1 and 5.

When you browse the Site, take the Longevity Quiz, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address
- Order details: products purchased, order value, order history
- Quiz responses: your answers to our Longevity Quiz, used to generate product recommendations
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider (Shopify) — we do not store your full card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics purposes
2. Why We Collect It (Personal Information Collection Statement)
We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes, and only for these purposes unless we obtain your further consent:
- To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and customer support
- To generate personalised product recommendations from the Longevity Quiz
- To send you marketing communications — only if you have explicitly opted in (e.g. by subscribing to our newsletter or completing the quiz and agreeing to be contacted). You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or emailing [email protected]
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations
Providing your email and delivery address is necessary to complete a purchase; providing quiz answers is voluntary and only affects the accuracy of your product recommendation if withheld.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil orders, including:
- Shopify Inc. — order processing, checkout, and payment handling
- Email/marketing platforms used to send newsletters (only for subscribers who opted in)
- Shipping and logistics providers, solely to deliver your order
