Returns & Refunds

Hong Kong law does not require a mandatory cooling-off/return period for online purchases, and — in line with standard practice for supplements — we cannot accept returns of products once the seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons. Within that boundary, here's how returns work at LIT Longevity:

1. Unopened Products

If you change your mind, you may return an unopened, sealed product for a full refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping cost. Contact [email protected] to start a return before sending anything back, and we'll confirm the return window for your order.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

3. Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is faulty or was misdescribed.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (where applicable).
